How long does it take on average to start receiving leads?

Once your campaign has launched you can expect to start receiving leads within 2-3 days once the first batch of follow-ups go out! This being said, we have had clients generate leads on the very first day of launch, and others that took a couple extra days.

Do you only reach out to companies that are actively hiring?

Yep! ALL outreach is towards actively hiring companies within your selected slot. We do not reach out to any companies that are not actively hiring within your target.

Do we get to pick the type of jobs that we want to recruit for?

Yep! That is determined by what "slot" you reserve. You provide us with what niche your recruitment firm specializes in (only one niche can be provided per subscription). Each Niche must also come with your geographic target. Examples include: Developer Jobs in California, Management Jobs in Texas, Finance Jobs in New York, etc. We will also work together to determine more specific targeting filters such as minimum salary requirements, and more. Once this is done, we know what type of jobs you want to reach out to, and we stick within those filters.

Do we get to see the replies in our own inboxes?

Yep! All emails that we send on your behalf are sent from an email account of your choosing. Because of this, you can see all sent emails from your "sent" mail tab, and see all replies directly in your inbox. This also allows you to reply to hot leads right away as all replies end up in your inbox. Only one email account can be provided per subscription.

What does contacts per month mean?

Contacts per month refers to the approximate amount of contacts that we will email per month on your behalf. Each contact will receive an initial email, and multiple followups (dependent on your plan). Unless advised otherwise, we do not reach out to multiple contacts at the same org, so contacts per month also refers to companies reached / month.

What does email verifications mean?

Before adding contacts to your campaigns we ensure that ALL emails are fully verified. This means that there will be little to no bounced emails, of which will not only increase campaign performance, but also ensure that your brands deliverability rates remain intact.
